Refund policy

At VidaFlux, your satisfaction matters to us. We put a lot of care into the products we choose, and we want you to feel good about every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, the Eye Mask and Gua Sha Set cannot be returned once opened and used, unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival. We recommend checking the product details carefully before purchasing.

Return Shipping Costs For change of mind returns, return shipping is at the customer's cost. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we've got you — return shipping is on us.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges At this time we don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vidaflux@outlook.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
